Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Performance Marketer who can design, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable business growth for both Datafunc and our clients.

At Datafunc, we partner with education, B2B services, media, and eCommerce organisations to scale their visibility, leads, and revenue. This role goes beyond pushing buttons in ad platforms, you’ll own the performance strategy, continuously refine it through testing and analytics, and communicate directly with decision-makers to influence high-value business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns (PPC, paid social, display) using Datafunc’s methodology to maximise ROAS and lead quality.

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into campaign data to uncover trends, troubleshoot issues, and challenge assumptions with data-backed recommendations.

  • Design and run testing roadmaps (A/B, multivariate, funnel experiments) to drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with analysts, content teams, and external creative partners to align performance campaigns with brand and conversion goals.

  • Set up and maintain analytics infrastructure, Google Analytics goals, conversion pixels, and custom tracking to ensure attribution accuracy.

  • Monitor traffic quality, detect and mitigate ad fraud, and optimise targeting for high-intent audiences.

  • Prepare and deliver client-facing reports and presentations that translate complex performance data into actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

  •  2+ years of performance marketing experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding campaign goals.
  • Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and preferably other paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Display, YouTube, etc.).
  • Skilled in keyword research, customer intent mapping, and funnel analysis.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable working with large datasets, pivot tables, and BI dashboards.
  • Experience with attribution modelling, conversion tracking, and troubleshooting analytics setups.
  • Confident communicator, able to present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • (Bonus) Experience managing high-budget campaigns (€10k+/month) and/or international markets.
